Nashville Startup Weekend Agenda

Here is the agenda for Nashville Startup Weekend 2009.

This/schedule is subject to change, but won't change much :)

Friday, October 9th

4:30 PM - Registration

6:00 PM - Dinner and happy hour

6:30 PM - Pitches begin

8:00 PM - Pitches end, teams break off.

10:00 PM - Finished for the day. You may either stay and hang out at Owen to continue working, work elsewhere, or go home.

Saturday, October 10th

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Work continues with team

12:00 PM - Lunch

6:30 PM - Dinner

7:30 PM - Mid weekend check-in, status reports, call for help

10:00 PM - Finished for the day. You may either stay and hang out at Owen to continue working, work elsewhere, or go home.

Sunday, October 11th

8:00 AM - Breakfast

12:00 PM - Lunch

3:00 PM - Teams begin preparing final presentation

5:30 PM - Final presentations begin

7:00 PM - Wrap up

As for parking, here's what Vanderbilt has to say:

"You can park in any spot that is not reserved or served by a meter (I think. Look at what the meter says). There is a pay lot across the street in the parking garage above the CVS and bagel company. I do not know whether they charge for the weekend.

Any parking place along 21st should work. If you go to the Law School section along 21st, there are lots of parking places there that are not reserved.

Do not park in a spot that is reserved because if the person who has that spot shows up on the weekend, they will have you towed so they can use their spot."
