Hey Jake, I'm very familiar with MVT (it's part of what my business offers as a service) and I'll say for Michael that I know he is, as well, and yes, that's what we were both referring to in our comments. The tool Michael was mentioning, Omniture T…

Thanks for pointing out Gomobo, Marc! I do think this idea is a lot like Gomobo, so yeah, I don't know if having something that we already know has a close relative in another geographic area is a good candidate for a startup. But I do know that by…

Here's a little write up I read about these guys back in '06 http://www.springwise.com/life_hacks/letting_customers_skip_the_lin/index.php I LOVE the idea of integrating this idea within the Nashville Originals. This other company is obviously not…

I love it, Kate. I have had a few conversations about the Dunkin Donuts' "Dunkin Run" concept and making that a platform that you can add onto a restaurant's site in a similar manner that you are referring to. The worst part about tell your friends…

Hey Kate!

I'm the owner of a tech community venue in Lexington, KY called Awesome Inc. We've hosted SW a few months ago here and now we're having a Mobile miniConference on July 18th. There will be speakers from the original facebook mobile, Yahoo!, and speakers on Google Android, Palm Pre, the iPhone. We'll even have a workshop that will walk you through how to build your first iPhone app. We'll also have talks on how mobile will be shaping individual businesses and entire industries.

Just wanted to let you know since you're obviously into the "what's new" scene, and you're not that far away from Lex (and this is the only mobile conference (that I've heard of) in the midwest).

Have a good day, and I hope to see you up here if you can make it!

-Luke
