I'm the owner of a tech/creative/startup community venue in Lexington, KY called Awesome Inc. We've hosted SW a few months ago here and now we're having a Mobile miniConference on July 18th. There will be speakers from the original facebook mobile, Yahoo!, and speakers on Google Android, Palm Pre, the iPhone. We'll even have a workshop that will walk you through how to build your first iPhone app. We'll also have talks on how mobile will be shaping individual businesses and entire industries.
Just wanted to let you know since you're obviously into the entrepreneurial/startup scene, and you're not that far away from Lex (and this is the only mobile conference (that I've heard of) in the midwest). Also, what ways do you think would be best to get the word out about this in Nashville? Any advice on where to post this info or let people know?
Have a good day, and I hope to see you up here if you can make it!

Milt, I am knee deep in alligators right now trying to finish up a home construction project before I officially start on the 16th. I am really looking forward to sitting down with you and not only talk about the future of the NTC, but would also like your input on the past. How do you look on Oct 17th or the following week. Thanks Tod
If I would have known that you were planning a social network, I would have said that we should set it up on Spruz.com...they are the TN version of Ning and they rock.

The family's doing great ... 2yr old daughter and 5yr old son about to start kindergarten. Lots of fun!
