Ideas for NSW 2009!

Hey Everyone!

I'm interested if anyone has any ideas ready to pitch? Last year, I tossed out the idea for Assassins (now known as gpsAssassin) via the Blog/Forum - so now I'm hoping others will do the same :)

Hi -- THANKS for organizing this event. How do we share ideas this weekend without the fear of other people stealing these ideas? Please let me know ... THANKS! -- LL larrylin98@hotmail.com 770 891 6776 cell

(My idea, if implemented successfully, should massively monetize SN ... I can tell you more about this later... ^_^ )

Hey Jared,

I'm the owner of a tech/creative/startup community venue in Lexington, KY called Awesome Inc. We've hosted SW a few months ago here and now we're having a Mobile miniConference on July 18th. There will be speakers from the original facebook mobile, Yahoo!, and speakers on Google Android, Palm Pre, the iPhone. We'll even have a workshop that will walk you through how to build your first iPhone app. We'll also have talks on how mobile will be shaping individual businesses and entire industries.

Just wanted to let you know since you're obviously into the entrepreneurial/tech scene (and from what I can tell you were the catalyst for this event), and you're not that far away from Lex (and this is the only mobile conference (that I've heard of) in the midwest). Also, what ways do you think would be best to get the word out about this in Nashville? Any advice on where to post this info or let people know?

Have a good day, and I hope to see you up here if you can make it!

-Luke

Nicholas - I would love to be a part of this weekend, but have several conflicts with the schedule - does the format allow for individual team members to leave and come back?

Thought about publishing a list of those already paid up and registered? It may be a good reminder for the rest that this has to be done... Limited seating and all...
